ABOUT

Inclusion and Safety: All are welcome here. I work toward a decolonized therapy space, with an intentional anti-oppressive approach that supports BIPOC clients, LGBTQ+ individuals, women, and other marginalized communities.

About

I’m a psychotherapist offering telehealth appointments for residents of California and Florida. I chose a Masters in Social Work as a path to becoming a therapist because I wanted a deeper understanding of how our systems and intersectional identities profoundly impact the way we show up in the world for ourselves and in relationship with others.

As a clinician, I draw on all my professional and life experience to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood. I have a background in the entertainment industry (theater, film, publishing, and music) as well as in teaching at the university level. As a parent, I can connect over the joys and challenges of raising little ones in this wild world. And as a member of several marginalized communities, I understand the difficulties in navigating our systems.

I believe that with the right fit, therapy can be a place for profound change and healing.

"It is easy to coast through life rather than find the will to continually reach out into the world. To reach out is to risk. There is little grace in a life that never extends out beyond the boundaries of self.
